I bought it on someone else's recommendation. The knife is very light and easy to use. It can cut meat and hard vegetables very quickly. I love cooking now.

I absolutely love it! The length and weight of the knife are just perfect, and the handle feels great in my hand. I've bought four or five santoku knives over the past few years, and this one is by far the best.
