The forging of 73 layers of Damascus sandwich steel (10Cr15CoMoV steel core) has clear and natural lines. During the cutting process, the food is not easy to stick to the knife. The hardness is stable at 60+2HRC, which has good sharpness, toughness and corrosion resistance.
